Join Roses of Eden, Cansu Durucan, here all the way from Istanbul, & Glastonbury based Ruhiya for a guided sound journey.
We invite you for an immersive experience of deep rest, healing and inner exploration through the transformative power of sound. Guided by Ruhiya and Cansu Durucan, this nurturing journey weaves together voice, sacred chants, live instruments and meditative soundscapes to create a space for relaxation, reflection and renewal. Drawing inspiration from Sufi, Celtic and other contemplative musical traditions, the session invites participants to slow down, soften into the present moment and reconnect with the wisdom of the heart. Suitable for everyone, no previous experience is needed.
Held within a peaceful and supportive atmosphere, this sound journey offers an opportunity to simply receive. As layers of voice, Celtic harp, frame drum, tanpura, shruti box and other acoustic instruments unfold, participants are invited into a state of deep listening where body, mind and spirit can settle. Moments of stillness, silence and sacred song create space for restoration, insight and connection, leaving you feeling grounded, nourished and inspired by the quiet beauty that lives within and around us.
