Through breathwork, gentle movement, vocal toning, mantra, improvisation and sacred song, we will explore the voice as an instrument of presence, remembrance and connection. Rooted in the wisdom of diverse mystical traditions and inspired by the sacred landscape of Avalon, this is an invitation to remember that every voice carries a unique gift.
